Gay Gibson 1940s Blue Lace Print Dress
Springtime, here we come! This 1940s Gay Gibson dress is light and airy and just cute as a stinkin’ button. Made of a lightweight woven cotton, this dress is a great cerulean (said in my best Miranda Priestly voice) with a lace printed pattern. I think my favorite part is the flutter sleeves, but I also love the way the bodice is cut. There are princess seams down the front, and the fabric is turned vertical on the side panels, so you get a fabulously flattering fit.
